Manpreet has a first class Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University. He also has a Level 3 BTEC in Business Finance. Manpreet handles our accounting department which ensures our landlords are paid on time. His attributes are that he is proactive, very personable with customers and hardworking. He knows all our landlords, sellers and tenants on a first name basis.
Sonia has a Bachelors Degree in Media and Communications from Canterbury Christ Church University. She then went on to complete her Masters Degree in Business Administration at the same institute. Sonia handles our social media, marketing and administration. Her skills in editing photos; shooting video tours for YouTube; and posting Facebook and Instagram ads puts us a level above all other estate agents in the area. In these modern times it is essential that your property receives marketing on social media to attract the best tenants and buyers for your property.
Our in-house maintenance team
Our Plumber: Kieran completed his plumbing qualification in 2012. He lives in Dartford so he can get to any emergency leak quickly. He takes pride in his work and is always honest.
Our Gas Safe Engineer: Vijay completed the Domestic and Commercial Gas Safe qualification in 2006. He then worked for British Gas for 6 years. He carries out our boilers repairs, installations, new underfloor heating installations and Gas Safety Certificates.
Our Electrician: Aman has a NICEIC qualification. This is the highest qualification for an electrician. He carries out Electrical Certificates, repairs and new installations. As of 1st July 2020 it is a legal requirement that all rental properties pass an Electrical Certificate prior to a new tenant moving in. It is also good practice to have a Certificate prior to selling a property.
Our Handyman: Bogdan has worked as a handyman since 2001. He has a vast amount of experience in painting, decorating, general repairs and gardening. He is very hardworking and a perfectionist.
Our Cleaner: Madga worked for Hilton Hotel as a cleaner for 5 years. She knows the best cleaning products to use to get your property looking sparkling clean.
Other Trades: Roofer, builder, carpenter, flooring fitter, FENSA double glazer, drainage engineer and pest controller.
