We will inspect your properties every 3 months to ensure that they are being properly maintained by the tenants.

We can log your deposits with the Government’s Deposit Protection Scheme as required by law.

We will endeavour to keep your property tenanted without any loss of rent between old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in.

We will take photographic and written evidence of the condition of the properties at the start of each tenancy to prove their condition in the event of any disputed damages.

We have qualified technicians that can provide you with Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Safety Certificates.
